Heather works closely with clients to evaluate and establish their recruitment strategies, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout all stages of the search. She partners with the client to evaluate and establish recruitment strategies that are incorporated into the search process. Specializing in senior and executive level recruitments, she has led numerous searches involving boards of governors, diverse groups of key stakeholders, city councils and senior human resource professionals. Heather possesses a deep understanding of key business drivers and competencies pertinent to the both the public and private sectors.
Heather discovered her passion for talent management two decades ago, and has developed an innovative approach to recruitment that employs creative outreach techniques and embraces diversity recruitment. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). She is certified as an Executive Resourcing Consultant for the Public Service Commission and is certified to administer and interpret several psychometric/leadership profiles.
